2.3.2.1 Scope
The title proper is the chief name of a resource(i.e., the title normally used when citing the resource).
An alternative title is treated as part of the title proper.
The title proper does not include:
               parallel titles proper (see 2.3.3)
               other title information (see 2.3.4)
               parallel other title information (see 2.3.5).
A file name or data set name is not considered a title proper unless it is the only title appearing in the
resource.

正題名是一項資源的主要名稱/名字[題名通常是引用那項資源]。
替代題名可以視為正題名的一部分。
但是正題名不包含 並列題名(見2.3.3)、副題名(見2.3.4)、並列副題名(見2.3.5)
